"The Cosmos in the Galaxies are born here in the Galaxy Cauldron. The starseeds, every single one, are born here. When the host has faded and passed away, the starseeds are eventually guided back here and start anew to be reborn again." The Guardian of the Galaxy Cauldron explain the main purpose of the Cauldron to the Senshi of the Galaxy.

The Guardian, then smiled at the audience in front of her. "Senshi of the Moon, Senshi of Mars, Jupiter, Mercury, and Venus, I, thank you, for protecting the Inner Galaxy. Princess of the Moon. . ." The Guardian was now referring to the Senshi of the Moon, "You have done a fine and wonderful job of guiding your own guardians to the ends of the Earth, and when times called for you to do something beyond your power, you sacrificed your life just to save them. Your mother, Selene-Serenity, would have been very proud of you.' She now turned to Sailor Saturn, Sailor Pluto, Sailor Uranus, and Sailor Neptune. "Senshi of Saturn, Neptune, Pluto, and Uranus, I, thank you, as well. Thank you for protecting your designated posts from over a millennium ago. You took the oath that you swore you on-protecting the Galaxy, and, the Moon Princess." She turned back to Cauldron, gazing at the birth of the starseeds, in her own thoughts.

Few minutes passed until the Moon Senshi spoke up, "What is going to happen to the remaining seeds?"

The guardian snapped out of her thoughts, "What else?," She gave a slight giggle. "To be reborn again, as new seeds." She smiled at them before talking once again, "I must bid you farewell now. Each of you will retain your forms as you were on Earth, as you requested. Peace shall remain in the forever galaxy protected by you Senshi." A blue, transparent light then, began to started to glow. "W-Wait!" Usagi, the Moon Senshi exclaimed, "What about Chaos? Is it still alive? Will it-," Before she could finish her sentence, she was cut off short, when the transparent light transported the Senshi back to Earth.

Once the bystanders were gone, the Guardian turned to Cauldron overlooking inside before speaking, "Life. . .This is where it begins. . .In the Center of the Cosmos. . .The Galaxy Cauldron. . .As all beings, life, spirits, and even Chaos, was born here and ended here after death. These beings will have another chance at life, even those who were manipulated by the demon entity known as Chaos." The Galaxy Guardian, then, tapped her staff before she herself, disappeared into a flash of light of nothingness.
